What is DevOps?

DevOps is a set of practices that combines software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops). It aims to shorten the systems development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high software quality. DevOps is complementary with Agile software development; several DevOps aspects came from Agile methodology.

So, the next question will be what is "Agile Methodology".?

Agile software development mainly deals with the customer satisfaction. There will be

1. Individuals and interactions over the processes and tools

2. Much focus will be on users satisfaction and how they are using the application

3. Feedback from users

4.Much flexibility in changing the application based on the feedback from users and owners.

DevOps came from Agile Software Development practices
